NH 544, Kuthiran Tunnel
Tunnel tube lining gantry
Plano Mech executed the fabrication and supply of a second tunnel tube lining gantry for the Kuthiran Tunnel project. The gantry was developed as a specialised construction support system for tunnel concrete lining operations, requiring robust fabrication, dimensional accuracy and reliable site performance

Nerchowk–Pandoh Section
Tunnel Tube Lining Gantry
Plano Mech delivered concrete lining gantries for two tunnels in the Nerchowk–Pandoh section. The project involved the fabrication of specialised gantry structures designed to support concrete lining activities during tunnel construction.

RVM HSS, Kollengode Panangatri
School Building Block
RVM HSS, Kollengode Panangatri, is a complete school building project executed using a fully engineered structural steel construction system. The entire building block was designed, fabricated, and erected with a focus on rapid construction, structural efficiency, and sustainable material usage.
- Complete Steel Structure: The building block was constructed entirely using structural steel, providing a strong, lightweight, and efficient building system.
- Rapid Construction: The complete building was fabricated and erected within just 3 months, significantly reducing the overall construction timeline.
- Sustainable Construction: Recycled materials were incorporated for roofing and cladding, supporting environmentally responsible construction practices.
- Precision Fabrication: Structural components were manufactured with controlled fabrication and dimensional accuracy to facilitate efficient site erection.
